July 6, 2000 Bear damage to camp
Bear damage to the kitchen tent while everyone was on the June class packtrip. It climbed on the roof and fell through, landed on the stove and knocked it over, walked up and down the counters leaving bear prints on the griddle, knocked over the table and cupboard, then got into the bread box and ate 2 loaves of bread, some corn flakes, 6 pounds of brown sugar and 5 pounds of cooking oats. Then ripped a big hole in the side wall and left. Last picture shows his prints on the front.
